For many people who start to suffer from the effects of a deficiency of vitamin A, the damage may be irreversible. However, the consumption of vitamin A may still provide many benefits. This is why it is so very important that people make sure that they are on top of their vitamin A consumption and they maintain the proper levels on this vitamin on a daily basis.

Many people do not realize it, but it is also possible to suffer from having too much vitamin A in the body. People who have elevated levels of vitamin A may experience symptoms such as a damaged immune system, pain in the various areas of the body, and many other conditions.
